The ATHENA CLUTCH COVER GASKET, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This gasket seals the interface between the clutch cover and the engine block on the right-hand side. It ensures the gearbox oil remains contained under pressure. Replace this component every time the cover is removed to avoid oil leaks. This part matches OEM cross-reference 110610404. Ensure the casing faces are clean and flat before fitting the new seal. Use a torque wrench to tighten the bolts in a star pattern. This ensures even compression across the gasket and prevents the aluminium cover from distorting. Always check for proper dowel alignment before final tightening.
