This gasket seals the valve cover to the cylinder head on your Honda. It is a primary service item when checking or adjusting valve clearances. The rubberised material is designed to be oil-resistant and durable through multiple heat cycles. Ensure the half-moon sections are seated correctly in the head during installation. A fresh gasket prevents oil from weeping onto the exhaust or down the front of the engine. It is a direct technical replacement for the factory part.
