This titanium header mounts to the cylinder head of your KX250 to improve exhaust scavenging. The internal expansion chamber increases low-end torque and smooths out the power delivery. Using titanium reduces weight significantly over the stock unit. It is designed to lower sound output while increasing flow efficiency. Titanium requires careful handling during installation to avoid grease marks that can etch into the metal when heated. Ensure the exhaust flange is seated squarely against the head. Replace the copper crush washer to prevent air leaks.
