The FMF POWERCORE 4 SLIP-ON MUFFLER ALUMINUM YAMAHA, slip-ons. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This aluminium slip-on silencer replaces the heavy stock unit to improve exhaust flow and throttle response. It sits at the rear of the bike, mounting to the subframe and connecting to the OEM header. The internal core design increases power while maintaining a manageable sound level. It is a specific fit for Yamaha models. Periodic repacking of the internal silencer wool is required to maintain performance and sound damping. Use high-temperature silicone at the join to prevent exhaust leaks. This is an essential upgrade for riders looking to shed weight and improve the exhaust note.
