What it is

The Moose Offroad CLUTCH CABLES, cables. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This cable is a direct replacement for OEM 5LP-26335-10-00 and 5LP-26335-20-00. It connects the handlebar controls to the clutch release arm on the engine. Cables eventually stretch and the inner wire begins to fray, especially at the lever barrel. This leads to a heavy pull and poor clutch modulation. Installing a new cable restores the light action required for long days in the saddle. Ensure the cable is routed away from moving parts and heat sources. Adjust the tension to ensure the clutch fully disengages when the lever is pulled to the bar.
