This cable is designed to replace OEM 1PD-26335-00-00, restoring the connection between your lever and the clutch basket. It is a critical component for power delivery and gear changes. Environmental factors and heavy use cause the cable to stretch and the housing to degrade. If the lever pull feels heavy or inconsistent, the inner wire is likely dragging against the sleeve. Route the cable through the frame carefully to prevent it from rubbing against the fork tubes. Adjust the free-play at the lever to ensure the clutch does not slip under heavy load.
