What it is

The Moose Offroad COMPLETE CLUTCH KIT, clutch. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This complete clutch kit provides a full set of friction plates, steel drive plates, and springs. These components sit inside the clutch basket and are responsible for engaging the drive. When the clutch starts to slip or the lever feel becomes vague, a full replacement of the stack is the most reliable fix. New springs ensure the plates are held firmly under load. Soak the friction plates in oil for at least four hours before fitting. Inspect the clutch basket for any wear that could hinder plate movement. Follow the factory torque settings for the spring bolts.
