What it is

The Moose Offroad COMPLETE CLUTCH KIT, clutch. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This kit refreshes the entire clutch stack to restore drive. It includes friction plates, steel separators, heavy-duty springs, and a cover gasket. Heat and friction eventually glaze the plates or weaken the springs, leading to power loss at the rear wheel. Replacing the full assembly ensures consistent engagement and prevents premature wear on the basket. Always soak the friction plates in fresh engine oil for several hours before assembly to prevent burning the material on your first start. Check your clutch cable or hydraulic system for correct adjustment once the new pack is installed.
