What it is

The RENTHAL FATBAR 673 TRIAL RED, handlebars. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

The 673 bend is cut for trials: a low, swept cockpit that keeps the rider over the front through slow turns and up vertical steps. Tapered aluminium runs a 28.6mm centre clamp, so no crossbar and less buzz at the grips. Fits Beta EVO, Gas Gas TXT, Sherco ST and Vertigo models running fat-bar mounts. On a bike still set up for 22.2mm bars you need oversized clamps. Retire the bar after any hard hit; trials aluminium fatigues and gives no warning before it lets go. Set rotation to your reach, then check control clearance at full lock.
