This heavy-duty front sprocket mounts to the gearbox output shaft to handle high-capacity power delivery. The design features weight-reduction holes to minimise rotating mass on the countershaft. It is machined from nickel-chrome-molybdenum steel for maximum service life under extreme loads. Replace this part if you notice the teeth leaning or thinning. When installing, ensure the splines are clean and lightly greased. Always use a new locking washer to secure the sprocket nut against vibration during high-speed sections on your bike.
