What it is

The TWIN AIR AIR FLTR PO+FRAME KTM, air filters. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This assembly includes both the foam element and the internal support frame. It sits inside the airbox to maintain the filter's shape under high vacuum. The rigid frame prevents the foam from collapsing into the intake tract during heavy acceleration. This is a model-specific fitment for KTM machines. Replace the entire unit if the frame becomes warped or the foam shows signs of perishing. Ensure the mounting bolt is torqued correctly to seal the flange against the airbox wall.
