What it is

The Moose Offroad CARBON REGISTRATION WRAP, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Wraps the upper fork stanchions between the triple clamps where the cable looms, race-number backers and registration plate brackets sit. Carbon-look adhesive film, cut to suit standard 48mm-class stanchions on full-size MX and enduro bikes. Stops grit working its way behind a plate edge and scoring a ring into the anodising. Surface protection only, not a structural guard. Strip the tubes back to clean metal with isopropyl, warm the film with a heat gun, and roll out the bubbles before you remount the bars. Cheap insurance on a fork you do not want to replace.
