The ATHENA FORK OIL SEAL KIT MGR-RSD2 30x40x8/9, fork seals. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Located at the junction of the inner and outer fork tubes, these seals are critical for maintaining hydraulic pressure and preventing contamination. Leaking seals compromise damping performance and can contaminate brake pads. This kit replaces OEM parts 800090090, 8203565, and 8206936. During installation, wrap the top of the stanchion in plastic film to protect the new seal lip from sharp edges. Always use fresh fork oil to the correct height for your specific bike. This is a standard maintenance task for any serious enduro or MX setup.
