What it is

The Moose Offroad SLIDE BUSHING SET 48MM, suspension. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Slide bushings sit on the fork stanchion and ride against the inner wall of the outer tube. The 48mm size covers most modern enduro and MX forks across the Austrian and Italian camps — KTM EXC, Husqvarna TE/FE, GasGas EC/MC, Beta RR, Sherco SE/SEF, plus 250F and 450F YZ-Fs running 48mm KYB SSS legs. Pull them on every seal change. When the dark PTFE coating wears through and copper shows, replacement is overdue — bare metal on stanchion chrome scrubs the hard layer and ruins seals on the next ride. Fit as a complete set with new seals and dust wipers.
